1. The short version
Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties. We collect what an order needs and what a reply needs, we use it for those two purposes, and we do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise hand your personal information to anyone for their own use. There is no data broker in this picture and no advertising network being fed.
2. What we collect
When you place an order
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your shipping address, and your billing address where it differs.
- What you ordered, which size or pack, which scent, and what you paid.
- Payment details, which go directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number, and we hold no card number on our systems.
When you write or call
- Your name and contact details, and whatever you choose to tell us in the message.
- Please do not send health information. Customer service cannot advise on a health condition, and we would rather not hold that detail at all.
When you opt in to notifications
- Your name, mobile number and email address, and which of the two consents you gave and when.
- Consent records exist so we can prove we had your permission. They are kept for as long as your consent stands and for a period afterwards, as the law requires.
When you simply browse
- Standard server logs: the pages requested, a timestamp, a truncated network address and the browser type. These exist to keep the site running and secure.
- Your cart and your wishlist are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. We cannot see either one, and clearing your browser data clears them.
- We do not run advertising trackers, cross-site pixels or behavioral profiling on this website.
3. Third Parties
Personal information will not be shared with Third Parties.
A small number of service providers process information strictly on our instructions, only so far as is needed to complete something you have asked for, and for no purpose of their own:
- Our payment processor, to take the payment for your order and to handle any refund.
- Our delivery carrier, which receives the name and address on the parcel so it can be delivered, and returns tracking information to us.
- Our fulfillment center at 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630, which picks, packs and receives returns.
- Our email and text message providers, which deliver the notifications you have asked for.
Each is bound by contract to use the information only for that task. None of them may sell it, market to you off the back of it, or keep it for their own purposes. Beyond these processors, the only circumstances in which we would disclose personal information are where the law requires it, where a court orders it, or where it is genuinely needed to protect someone from harm — and we would tell you unless we were prohibited from doing so.
4. Why we hold it
- To take payment, pack an order and get it to you.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To send the notifications you selected, and only those.
- To keep the tax, accounting and consent records the law requires us to keep.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
5. How long we keep it
- Order records: seven years, which is what tax and accounting rules require of us.
- Customer service correspondence: two years after the conversation ends.
- Notification consent records: for as long as your consent stands, and four years afterwards.
- Server logs: 90 days.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete what we are not legally required to keep. Order records within the seven-year window cannot be deleted, and we will say so plainly rather than pretending otherwise.
- Stop sending you messages — entirely, or one category at a time.

7. Messages and how to stop them
Account notifications and marketing messages are two separate consents, both switched off until you switch them on, and either can be withdrawn without affecting the other. Reply STOP to any text message to cancel text messages, or HELP for assistance. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us. Manage both on the Subscribe page.
8. Security
Every page of novaliravitalperspective.com is served over HTTPS. Card details are encrypted in transit directly to our payment processor and never touch our systems. Access to order records is limited to the staff who need it to do their work.
9. Children
Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase from this website. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, write to support@novaliravitalperspective.com and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of the page changes with it. Where a change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you rather than leaving you to notice.
